RENTAL POLICY

  • Per the agreement between you and Sound Core Music, if the rental equipment needs to be returned on Saturday, the available hours are 10:00a.m. -- 6:00p.m. If the rental equipment is to be returned on Sunday, the hours are 1:00p.m. -- 2:00p.m. (by appointment only)
  • Please bring your copy of the rental agreement with you to make it easier to process your return.
  • Problems, concerns and/or alternate arrangements for return of equipment can be directed to one of the following contacts.
    • Voicemail: (618) 457-5641 (leave detailed message: the message will automatically be dated and logged).
    • Email: rentals@soundcoremusic.com
  • Failure to return equipment or failure to contact us by our voicemail number will result in another day of rental charges.
  • Please contact us immediately, via aforementioned numbers, if you have any questions, concerns or problems with the rental equipment. This will avoid any future misunderstandings or assement of new charges.
